Team-building activities...
Delegates have found that the seclusion offered at DPL has allowed them to get to know one another far better than at a larger resort, thus encouraging stronger links upon the return to the office, a spirit further roused by team-building activities. A "survivor theme" conference, entails each memeber of the group to be involved in immunity challenges, mainly based on the beach, including water balloon catapult competition and the building of campfires. The competition culminates on the final night in a 'tribal council' setting around the firepit, during which the most deserving candidates are presented with awards. Equally favoured is an inspirational afternoon led by a professional team-building coach with tasks that are both mentally and pysically challenging!
